   One of our listmates came up with the reason why we can have a
perfectly wonderful gf meal in a restaurant, bring home leftovers and
get sick...After watching a waitperson first wrap up someone's non-gf
meal and then use those utensils when wrapping hers, she now insists
that foil etc be brought to her and SHE now wraps up her leftovers.  No
chance of cross-contamination.  Brilliant!!!
