I'm glad that Jordan has got to the bottom of her health problems and do
hope that she can "make a difference".

I stumbled across my own solution in much the same way as Jordan, except
that in my case, I started looking at foods which I knew my mother felt
were implicated in her migraines. Those same foods (including milk) were
giving me stomach problems.

It would be lovely to find a cure, and be able to eat anything without
having to worry first about what it might contain.
