Dan,

What the article is trying to say is that this particular talx software is
not the talx software that you can get from other places.  It was especially
developped in partnership with cingular.  It's also saying that this
particular talx will work only with this particular nokia phone.

This article was slightly confusing to me.  It says the new application to
make cell phones accessible is talks.  In my research into cell phones,
talks has been around for quite a while.  Also, the article says that only
one phone in the US will work with talks, the Nokia 6620.  This is also
incorrect.  Talks works on a number of Nokia series 60 phones, several of
which are available in the US, including the 3650 and 3660 which are both
cheaper than the 6620.
