Hi George:

Listserv (the list management software for the list) doesn't have a
setting to convert HTML to text messages. I also run a list, and may times
people send great articles full of = signs. If people would change their
settings to plain text and the Mime setting to none instead of
quoted-printable, the problem would be solved. These settings are in the
send tab in OE.

By the way, George, your message looked great to me, and I'm using pine on
a Unix shell account.
