Hello,

These are used by JAWS for customization of support for different programs.

.jkm - JAWS Keyboard Manager contains keys assigned to functions in an
application.

.jss- JAWS script source, contains the source code for a script file for an
application.  This is all the functions JAWS might add, such as list links
in Internet Explorer.

.jsb - JAWS Script Binary, contains a compiled version of the scripts for
an application.

.jdf - JAWS Dictionary File, contains dictionary entries to control how
words are pronounced.

.jgf - JAWS Graphic File, contains a dictionary of words to be associated
for graphics in a given application.
