Good Morning Darrell,

We do zen images, but that was not the issue. I was working on a GX
260 Dell Optiplex with a A00 Bios version. I would install Jaws and
would not have it boot with machine, I would login to novell and then I
would receive the blue "screen of death". Then I would have to reimage
the machine again. So I looked on Dells website and found a bios
upgrade to A03. Now everything works like a charm!

Thank you for you help though Everyone!

Emily

Hi Emily,

Not long ago I saw a forwarded message from you on one of the
blindness
mailing lists concerning attempting to install JAWS on computers
running the
Novell client software. This is certainly possible, though there may
be a
couple of issues to consider. First, what operating system is being
used?
Second, have you also installed ZenWorks on the computer(s) in
question? If
so, did you install the "remote control" software?

Please advise and I would be glad to assist.

Thanks.
