The tool button is next to "view fixed width font" button while you read
any message.
The mouse position in my screen says "x 302 y 206" in a range where if I
were to place my mouse at the bottom right hand of the screen, I would get
"x 759 y 569."  The bottom left says "x 41 Y 569."
