I was talking to someone, and they pointed out a real good reason to have
different sized bills for each denomination which has nothing to do with
the blind. I'm sure this argument has already been made, but I'll echo it
anyway just in case the ACB hasn't already brought it up.
One of the hardest things to counterfeit is the paper itself. Currently,
counterfeiters can save dollar bills, bleach them and then reuse the paper
to counterfeit $20 or $50 bills. Now if $50 bills were larger than $20
bills which were larger than $10 bills and so on then one dollar bills
couldn't be used to counterfeit any other denomination.
