Hi all --

I'm new to this list and thought subscribers might be interested in an
upcoming meeting in Washington, DC -- the Audio Description
International conference, March 23 and 24. As many of you know, Audio
Description is a narration technique. Its use makes the visual verbal,
using words to relay the content of visual images in the arts and many
other endeavor.

For more information about the conference, go to:

http://www.main.org/accessarts/adi_directory.htm

Hope to see you in March. If you'd like more information about how
Audio Description is used and how an Audio Description program can be
developed in your area, feel free to contact me directly.
