Chris' suggestion is a good one and would be my first suggestion. It is
also possible that an uninstall and reinstall of your screen reader might
solve the problem for, on the surface at least, perhaps your screen reader
somehow got broken in the process making some commands unavailable.
This, incidentally, is the very reason I refrain, when doing clean ups, of
tampering with the registry.
Registry cleaners can do one as much damage as good.
