Hello Again:

We got the display problem fixed for the individual I was helping.  What
we did was remove the display adapter and force Windows to re-detect it
and install drivers.  This fixed the screen.

A note to JAWS users, if you do this, be sure, using Narrator or
whatever, to go into the JAWS Video Intercept Manager and tell it to
install Video Intercept.  Video Intercept Manager can be found in the
Utilities Menu of the JAWS Window.
