What do you mean? Replace a USB1 plug on your mobo with a USB2 plug? That would require some skillful modifications, and if your mobo doesn't support USB2, would be a waste of time. Do you mean plug a USB2 device into a USB1 port? I believe that USB2 is backward compatible, but again, if your mobo doesn't support USB2 it would be a waste to buy USB2 devices since you wouldn't be able to get the claimed speed. If I still haven't figured out what you mean, please state it again more precisely.
