My thoughts on how blood types relate to diet is that it's a good way
to make a lot of money from writing a book but of very little use to
the people who buy the book.
Every racial group in the world has representatives of each blood type.
So according to the book there are some eskimos who are vegetarians
and some who are meat eaters.
Obviously complete nonsense.
If you want to find out which foods you feel good eating (and are
*really* motivated to find out), check the archives for posts about
the Texas Lowcarb Elimination Diet. Note that this "diet" is pretty
severe, and is generally only used as a last resort when you are
completely stuck for other ideas.
As for LRAP... follicular ovarian cysts are transient and will
generally sort themselves out within weeks. So that's not a valid
diagnosis. If you suspect a cyst, an ultrasound exam by a good
operator would be the first step to diagnosis.
Endometriosis has a lot more symptoms than LRAP. So if you don't
have any of the others you can probably discount that.
I know very little about the ileo caecal valve. But I gather the
"treatment" is a fairly straight-forward abstinence from problem
causing foods. So I guess you would try the treatment and see if
it helps!
