> Does anyone have any suggestions for breakfast other than meat?

I eat canned sardines quite often. Norwegian brislings packed in water are
good.

Bacon is great. I get uncured bacon and will fry up a half pound or so.

Sometimes I'll fry up a bit of calf's liver in the bacon fat sometimes.

Remember, organ meats are a very different experience than muscle meat and
can be very satisfying.
