Andrew should fast. He should lie on his back in bed and concentrate on
his feelings of irritability and hatred towards the rest of the human
race.

After several weeks of this Andrew may start feeling weak and a little
dizzy. This is OK as it is his body releasing the toxins of his past
life of aggression and his mind reorienting itself to feel love and
benevolence.

After several more weeks Andrew might have trouble talking and even
opening his eyes. At this point Andrew's healing is nearly complete.

Oh, whoops. Andrew died.

I'm sure many of us will miss his posts full to the brim of erudite
