A search using term "free glutamate gelatin" shows there is glutamate in gelatin.
Maybe its like Alzheimer's - by the time you're unable to think, your worries are over.

For those interested in losing weight and having difficulties, its likely glutamate. I've saved the comment with
explanation, but is on my other OS (I'm dual-booting), so if anyone interested, let me know and I can post or
email it.
