OK, milk's not on the paleo diet, but is it a bit borderline? Don't some
modern day hunters and gatherers eat milk? And some humans possess a genetic
adaptation to digest milk -- lactase.

But what about the proteins in milk? Are there any people who have developed
through evolution the ability to digest cow milk proteins?

And if one is going to indulge in a daily latte, is whole milk better than
skim? I am now more concerned about processed milk than the whole product.
Probably whole non-homogenized, non-pasturized milk is the best. I am
wondering if my local starbucks will make me a latte with this milk if I
bring it in myself. LOL!!!! : D

Peace,
Michelle
