After eating paleo for the last 5 months or so I am still unable to shake cravings, especially chocolate of any kind.
Am I not eating enough fat? I can eat a large piece of pork loin (untrimmed), huge romaine salad and a cup of blueberries, then 2 hours later
I'm pacing the floor with severe chocolate cravings. I even take a magnesium supplement. Is this unusual or has it just not been long enough? The cravings don't come after a very high fat meal that includes bacon or sausage. Any ideas?
