Les,
Glad that you joined the list. I went GF about two years ago and just found out
that I have a problem with diabetes. Both are difficult adjustments, but can be
done. This list has helped me a lot in knowing how to get along in a gluten packed,
sugar filled world. It is not such a big deal to me now, but there are challanges
at times.
