Hi Kyle,

   Yup - I am a pretty squeezed out turnip. Fairfax raised property taxes
14% this year. Of course the platform one former governor got elected on was
getting rid of the car tax - I was against that. Would rather pay 2% car
tax, than have the economic pandemonium that has followed. Especially since
it was fazed out slowly - which means I am still paying!!! Go Figure!!!  And
New York and Virginia - are no doubt paying beaucoup bucks from the 9/11
damage.
