Subject: Speculation About An Aspect of Aging with CP

Some of us older CPs have experienced more progressive CP manifestations
such as lack of balance, increased spasticity, etc. I was talking to
someone this weekend about her father, who has Parkinson's, which can
exhibit itself in spastic muscles similiar to CP, and she told me he had
been diagnosed with hypertension, which can be caused by nerve problems.
Well... I have high blood pressure myself, and was wondering if CP could
have been a factor in its manifestation.

Anyone else have hypertension and if so, do you think the link is
logical? I'm sure my GP would pooh-pooh it, but I do wonder...
