This is a rare time when my heart would say yes, the sniper got to get the
death. On the other hand, he's probably A very screwed up person, as many of
them are, and it would be nearly pointless to murder him.  I have a very hard
time with the death penalty. this guy is doing it very purposely, it's not
like it's a homicide in a robbery. Mag
