a RC systems DoubleTalk PC internal card, with speaker. Make offer.

a DecTalk 8-bit card with speaker and serial connector cable. This card was
originally acquired in 1990 and says upon starting computer: "Hello! Dectalk
Version 3.1 is running." It has a speaker outlet and a 9-pin type connector
on one end that connects via cable to computers com port. Make offer.
