I can't resist the temptation. Although the Braille note sounds like a
wonderful unit and may be easier to use than a lap top and screen reader it
forces you to learn another system and set of commands. With a full fledged
lap top, you are using the same screen reader and program commands that you
may eventually use on the job or on your desk top unit. Although I haven't
measured, can a lap top be that much bigger than a Braille note?
As for the Braille display, they are wonderful when they work but they are a
sensitive item that is usually very expensive to repair or maintain.
