If you give me your private e-mail address, I'll send you a sample of a QSL
card that my XYL helped me make up.  It is an MS Word file that we created
by scanning one of my original qsl cards, and then creating entry fields for
the needed data.  The entry fields are accessed via the tab key.

I have found it quite easy to use.  I can either e-mail the card to someone,
or print it off on card stock and mail it like a regular qsl card.
