I wrote to steve and asked if the PDF reader would get into those files that
are inaccessible with acrobat reader's newest version.  Here's his answer:

We can get into any PDF File Even if it is a scanned image of a page.   We
are designing  the PDF Reader  for the millions  of people who cannot read.
To make a PDF File accessible to screen readers you can do one of two things
use  the PDF Reader to convert a PDF File to MS Word  Or Use Our Text Cloner
Pro .

Locked PDF files are not a problem.  We may get in a legal fight with Adobe
but until then we will make them accessible .
