Please excuse this cross posting, but I know there are a lot of people on
this list who might be able to help me out.
My doctor has just prescribed something called the "American Diabetic Lowfat
Diet" for me.
I've tried some preliminary web searches and found my criteria to be too
broad. I will get a formal diet from the dietician at the hospital but must
wait several days to even schedule an appointment. I was hoping to find
information for basic dietary guidelines online right away so that I can
shop tomorrow and start eating right.
If anybody knows where to get this information directly or which sights
might lead me to it I'd greatly appreciate the favor.
Please respond directly to me if that seems appropriate.
Thank you.
