My answer would be NO. first, it is a P3 mobo, and requires DDR RAM. P3 +
DDR combo is already history, and been proofed nothing but waste money.
unless you have spare DDR + P3 CPU and wants spend nothing else, stay away
from this combo.
If you do want it, make sure flash BIOS first, and never ever use any aopen
driver, use latest VIA 4in1, and download RAID driver from promise, sound
driver from Analog Devices (AD1885 chip).
