Hi Group,

I once again contacted Aurora Foods and sent them the two different replies received from their customer service representatives.  I asked that they have someone contact me who could give me the correct information as it is critical to celiacs for them to know whether gluten is in their food.

I received a call today from Beverly Youngblood (800-581-7030 X2544) and she advised that Mrs. Buttersworth original syrup is GF, but the Mrs. Buttersworth Lite is NOT GF as it contains barley malt.   She also advised that she spoke with the entire group of customer service representatives and made sure that they understood the above information so that hopefully it does not happen again.

Sorry for giving you the previous incorrect information.
