Just a note to say I have always looked at restaurant omelets with jaunticed eye. So many are made from "carton eggs".....that is the prepared stuff in liquid form poured from a milk like carton and who knows what's in that? My order is always two eggs, over. Then I can see what I am getting. If I want an omelet I make it at home. Just in case you're interested in someone else's two cents worth:)
