Here is a summary of the repsonses that I received based on my inquiry
regarding making GF selections at the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando, FL. Our
trip to Orlando will be in a little over a week, so I'll let you know how it
goes. In the meantime...

Everyone who repsonded had a positive experience (and this includes Hard
Rock Cafes in other areas as well, such as San Diego, CA, Austin, TX,
Gatlinburg, TN, Philadelphia, PA, Myrtle Beach, SC, San Antonio, TX, and NY,
NY.

Items suggested to order included...shrimp fajitas, with corn chips as a
substitute for flour tortillias, plain burger with no bun, plain grilled
chicken, and a baked potato. We'll see what my 12-year-old decides sounds
the best to her at the moment!
