Yes, in the extreme.  I'm not sure, though, that I'd call it "cravings"
since it's more just a desire to eat rather than a desire for any one food.
Nuts are the exception, because I do seem to have a real craving for them.
I have no problem during the day and, indeed, have never had much appetite
during the day.  From childhood I've been a 1-2 meals per day person.
Appetite kicks in in the evening, and it's sometimes hard or next to
impossible to stop eating.  Dinner followed by nibbling. I constantly ask
myself whether it's true hunger or just habit.  And if habit, whether
associated with certain activities.........such as reading email and surfing
the net.
