hay there,Don
 heck my kids pc does the samething i was told if it aint hurting anything
why fix it.it drove me crazy i built theres to its a kt via 133 sytem with a
duron 850 chip in it with 256 megs of ram and that light has not caused any
probs as of yet so dont think i helped u any but it has happ.to someone else
