I eat paleo with about 65%-70% of calories coming from fat, 20%-25% from
protein and 10% from carbs. I have lost weight eating this way although I
think excessive concern with weight is unhealthy and I focus on eating
healthy foods rather than what the scale says. I do not follow the homo
optimus diet although my ratios tend to be close to what is recommended.
