Why not pemmican? I took some over to Holland for my recent bicycling
around holiday. My only regret is I didn't take more. Finding paleo lunches
when outside of the cities wasn't easy. Many times I just went hungry. Next
time I will take one "muffin" for every day, plus a second for the last
day. They did give me gluten-free meals on the plane, but the amount of
food is minuscule.
