I've had days in a row in which I only ate meats and never had any bad
effects. Cold chicken with mayonaise is a favourite as it seems to
satisfy my caloric needs. I convinced myself every tiem I need to eat
vegetables as well but had this craving for large amounts of meats. Now
if it happens again I'll probably just indulge without feeling guilty
vitamine-wise ;-)
Lately I've developed a taste for raw ostrichsteak with a hint of salt
soy and wasabi, Japanese style. Don't bite my head off, see it as a
transition to going raw ;-) My stomach never feels bloated again and
the stool is as it should be.
