No, I've never done low-cal paleo.  In fact was always astonished at the
number of cals I could consume and not gain weight.  Of course, I never lost
any either.  But, wow, this hormonal weight gain has me freaked out.  Looks
like I may need to do some cal counting, however un-paleo it might be.

Still open to suggestions from anyone about paleo dietary management to take
off what I've gained and to bring my hormones into better balance.
