ok, but you should keep experimenting. try cider. try homebrew. I'm frankly
suspicious of wine unless you have mediterranean ancestry. wine produces
thousands of aromatic and flavourant compounds compared with cider or beer
[that's why wine is a mega industry obviously]. the more there are, the more
likely you are to cop one that gives a bad reaction.
