Well, actually, I get good results with the apple cider vinegar; a
tablespoon or so in water calms gas attacks, etc. This is one of
those sort of non-Paleo things that I just can't believe is so awful,
since it's so handy. Seems to boost my immune sytem and turn away
viral attacks, too.
