I ask that Andrew set forth his credentials.  What education, training and
experience do you possess that should impel list members to abide your
opinions and trust your oft cited "facts."
For all I (we) know, you are in a position  of superior sources and
education, to supercede reference to the likes of Cordain and Eades.
Obviously, you are very well read on this subject, however, much synthesis
and hypothesis flows when constructing a theory of THE paleo diet.  If I am
to trust your science,  I would like to know your pedigree.  Thank you.
