The web sites who are giving us talk about undercooked ground meats not raw
meats .
Most likelly those undercooked hamburgers are frozen to start with ( the
cells wall being broken ) it makes a good environement for bacterias while
thawing .
I eat meat unseasonned and can tell you , i will have to starve to eat
commercial beef because in comparaison of the quality i am used to ,it just
tastes awfull ( there is a disgusting after taste ).
I am wondering how the millions of peoples in france do , eating rare or
even raw meats , oeufs a la coque ,raw seafoods etc..... Many even , like
me are used to eat it bleu ( meaning not cooked inside ) at home or in
restaurant .
Those outbreaks are questionning the food industry not if it is or not
dangerous to eat raw meats.
