I'm not sure if there are any benefits outside of energy production.
Speaking of energy production -- do those of you who are experimenting with a
higher fat/lower protein regime find any difference in energy levels from
animal fat versus olive oil? Also, where do carbs fit into the equation? I
am finding the idea of limiting protein very interesting. Barry Groves,
Richard Mackarness and Jan Kwasnieski all advocate an adequate protein, low
carb and very high fat approach.
