But where (oh, where?) did I read it 2-3 nights ago that eating greens
without a good dose of fat on them causes the nutrients not to be absorbed.
Was it LifePlan? I think that's right. I don't remember it specifying what
nutrients or which greens, though the example was salad. I made a mental
note to be sure to eat greasy greens.
