What symptoms do you have? The twins have really bad diarrhea (6-10 diapers
a day) and have had for the past month. We have been on soy so I switched
last night to Lactose Free Milk to give it a try. The thing I noticed most
about last night was finally a full night's sleep, which may or may not be
contributed to the Lactose Free Milk, but they were not near as gassy. I
went to the store last night and really researched everything that I bought.
The only thing that I am really confused about is that my doctor said I may
want to avoid cherrios, well I am not sure why. The ingredients said
nothing about milk, only wheat! Do you know why that may be?

hmm... good question. I guess I would first go with the no lactose no
casein for a month or two. Then try re-introducing the Lactoce Free and see
if any symptoms come back. For me, it takes about 4 days for the casein to
start affecting me, so don't expect symptoms to appear right away unless
it's a true allergy in that some phase of anaphylaxis kicks in.
