The restaurants we usually go to are mainly in Nashville, Tenn., that's where
our synagogue is. But, we also go to Memphis and eat, too. Most large cities
will have Kosher restaurants. Being Kosher, most will have 2 kitchens, one
where meat is fixed and one where dairy is fixed, since the two can't be
mixed (not even the cooking utensils or eating utensils).
