Cocoa butter is one of things that comes out of processing the cocoa
bean. Basically, it's the fat. The other part if the chocolate
liquor. The 2 are then added back together in varying amounts to make
different types of chocolate. Cocoa butter is not diary, but most
finished chocolates have dairy or at least dairy contamination.
