CHRISTINA-We saww the new Siena Van converted-nicest Van out
there--Cheaper than a new Grad Caravan with same adaptiobns, but not
cheap. Many states have tech act loan programs-with low interest loans
over 8-10 years. You might try your vocationa Rehab program. When we
bought our van we found sources for fiunding if the driver was
handicapped, but not to transport a chid. While I love that van-you
might try a local converter for used already converted vans. Many times
they have some 1-3 years old that weren't the right match of equipment &
person. A friend bought a Caravan with ramp last year-all converted,
with 16,000 mies- 2 years old for $16,000-The state then paid for
electric tie downs & hand contros as she needed it to be able to work.
The person who traded it in paid ust over$ 40,000 for it. It seems here
they always have a few like that. Good luck-Joy
