Hello

After a format I'm re-installing Windows 98 on a friends machine. I've done
it several times before and fairly confident with the procedures.

Strange thing is with this one is that when the serial number has been
entered etc ... then the PC re-boots for the second to last time ...  it
hangs at the Windows 98 splash screen. The progress bar at the bottom of the
Windows logo moves for a while then it locks out!

Any advice will be appreciated
