Perhaps my argument is with Cordain. One pound of papaya has only
25 grams of usable carbohydrate. So the 59 grams of carbohydrate
mentioned in this quote is nearly 2.5 pounds of papaya. Of course if
you ate only one watermelon, you would be over the 70 grams also.
One whole pineapple might just about do it. When considering
fruit, you should at least consider reasonable servings.
