Does anyone have good recommendations on dehydrators? I've eaten
wonderful dried elk in Sweden, prepared by a cave-mate and am looking
into a machine now. Drying in my oven takes about two whole days for a
few tomatoes so that is not the answer.
As it's impossible to buy them in a shop here it will have to be over
the internet and shipped here. Unless ofcourse, certain people are
planning a trip to Europe and are willing to bring one here. ;-)
